Groupon item out of stock and unwilling to refund

I ordered an item from the Groupon SA website over a month ago and i still have not received it.
when i ordered the item they still had stock as the website said that the had a number of the item in stock. they received my payment immediately and informed me that the package would arrive within a week's time. after about 3 weeks of waiting for my package, I tried to contact them via their "contact us" page. they replied to my inquiry by saying that the package should arrive within 3 - 4 weeks after the date of order and they also provided a tracking number for the package. of course the tracking number was useless, because i phoned them after waiting yet another week only to hear that the item i purchased was out of stock. If I had not phoned them, i would never have known that I'm waiting for nothing. Right now I am trying to get them to refund my money, which is also not working!
