Only Shopping is to make shopping more easier for the client right? THINK again made two seperate online orders paid R35 for each delivery charge when I recieved my Package ONE ITEM WAS MISSING - Got a pair of leggings instead of my Dress Spoke to CURT at customer care not very helpfull I asked him if they can pick up 4 items that I wish to exchange - NO ONLINE Exchange (why is it called online shopping) now in order for me to send back the 4 items due to incorrect sizes I have to pay for that as well???
So lets sum this up
ITEM MISSING orderd 15 items only got 14
Got a Pair of leggings instead of dress
Cant Exchange sizes online
IT will take 3 days to pick up incorrect item? this is your fault not mine when you pick up the error you made why cant you not pick up my 4 items due to incorrect sizes for a refund as I cant exchange online?) I will also only know by Thursday if the item is still in stock 4 days later!
HORRIBLE SERVICE - Mrp Please go and learn from ZANDO . Does Customer service even mean anything to you Now im sitting with my missing item, a pair of leggings thats ugly that I did not order 4 items that i want to exchange but cannot get to a SHOP
