Seven days and still no phone

On Saturday the 29th of June 2013, I went to Nashua Mobile to add an additional contract to my existing account. I wanted the phone delivered to the Cape Gate branch, of which I was assured there would be no problem. I was told that the phone would be there on Tuesday 2nd July. I eventually started calling on Wednesday afternoon, only to be put on hold until after 5pm, which the call was never responded to. I called again on Thursday morning on 2 occasions and still got no reply. I once again went to the Nashua Mobile store in Midrand around 12h00. I was kept waiting by the staff for an hour saying that a manager will come down and see me. I eventually had to leave the store with no resolution. It is now 4 days later and I still not received a phone call to say that the phone has arrived or from a manager to apologise. Is this what Nashua Mobile does to their clients? Allowing the managers to sit in their offices and not respond to customer complaints? I am dreadfully unhappy with the service I have not received from management.
