CNA Online - Unacceptably poor service

I ordered an item using CNA Online. The item was ordered on the 3rd of December. I received an automated mail assuring me that it would be delivered within 2-10days. After 10 days I called the call centre. I waited over 5 minutes for the call to be answered by a person. They assured me that the item would be delivered in the next 48 hours. I called again on the 19th, once again, waited over 5 minutes to actually have my call answered. The consultant I spoke to could barely speak English. She looked up my order and said there's a problem with the courier company. My order was supposedly 'escalated' and delivery was again promised in 48 hours. I phoned over and over before Christmas. The people I spoke to promised to call the warehouse and find out what was happening. I got no feedback. No-one ever phoned me back. I asked to speak to a team leader, got put on hold for 15 minutes only to be told they weren't available, and they never phoned me back. 6 Jan I called and was promised delivery in 2 days. 9 Jan I was told that actually the item is out of stock and my order will be cancelled. Consultants are either uninformed or blatantly to me about my order. 6weeks for no resolution!
