Received the worst service and attitude ever!!!

My Nokia Lumia 920 froze and I could not use it at all. I gave it a few days thinking that when the battery runs empty then I can charge it, and it will work again. After four days, it still did not respond and I was not able to use the phone at all. I could not plug it into my computer, or charge it. I decided to take it to the place where I bought it which is MTN Sandton City just before I had to fly to Cape Town for business. I explained to the lady exactly what happened and that I am not able to use the phone at all to do ANYTHING. I also told her that I am flying to Cape Town and that I am in a slight hurry. The lady (Mpho) then only asked me to sign the forms and that they will send it for a Repair and not a warranty assessment as the box was missing only the earphones. She never mentioned that anything would be deleted or changed. Mpho never explained to me that my phone needs to be backed up nor did she ask if it had sensitive data on. After I stood in a que for an hour, she had a nasty attitude towards me and indirectly said that I was lying and that she had explained it to me. Luckily I had someone with me that can confirm that she did in fact not explain. Very disgusted!
