I upgraded Thursday 9th of May. The only phone they had in the same price range that I had was the nokia asha 311. The lady that helped me said I had a 7 days that I can exchange the phone if I was not happy with the phone. I tried to opperate the phone at home but could not come right with the touch screen. I did not even charge the battery up or make any calls, because I battled to operate the p... hone. I took it back this morning 11 th May at 9.30 complete in box and ask for an exchange and explained to the lady nicely I got difficulty operating the phone. She said she very sorry but they could not exchange the phone because according to her there is nothing wrong with the phone. I would never had taken a touch phone, but this was the only phone they had. I am realy so p#ss#d off this after 10 years off loyalty to MTN. Seems only thing I can do is to go sell the phone to cash converters. This all happenned at Parow Centre and the lady that helped me was Anthea. What happened to the new law that protects the customer??
