Nokia Lumia 920 worst phone eve

I have had a nokia for most of my life. I am the biggest nokia fan out there. In December i upgraded to a Nokia Lumia 920. This was the worst mistake of my life. I should've changed brands.
I am experiencing the following issues:
* Phone heats up very quickly with minimal use.
* Phone freezes, then eventually switches itself off and only comes back on a few days later (this has happened 4 times).
* Shocking battery life
* Now suddenly my battery is not charging at all.

This phone is not even 6 months old and has been in for repairs twice. I get told there is nothing wrong with it.
Can't wait to get rid of it!!!
