Returned a new phone because the screen freezes

Telecommunications

On the 11/01/2013 I went to MTN Waterfront to upgrade my handset from a Blackberry to a Nokia Lumia 920. On the 16/01/013 (around 9a.m.) i returned the Nokia Lumia 920 handset because the screen had froze a few times since I got it, and i returned the handset before the 7 day return policy ended. When I returned the handset, i was told that they do not have any stock available and can't replace the phone. I explained that i need a phone because of my job and even showed them that my Blackberry could not be used because because there's something wrong with the sim card slot. I explained that i don't want another Nokia Lumia 920 because i am disappointed in the Nokia make. I was told that they would contact other stores and get stock. i gave them my work phone number to contact me on. I left with no replacement phone. I then called MTN, Nelson Mandela Ave., Bloemfontein and spoke to a Surette, and explained the situation to her. She said she would call the other stores for a replacement phone. No one from MTN has contacted me yet. i am very disappointed in MTN as I told them I am willing to take a phone of similar value (even the Sony Xperia T), any other phone.
