Phone taking a month to get it fixed

Im highly frustrated with vodacom, poor customer service. I logged a complaint recently the girl (Ula Wiggins) that was dealing with complaints does not respond to my emails. I called today and spoke Vincent Mwanaza) cause the woman that booked my phone is apparently not in today. I need my phone asap.
