Good day,
I would like to lay a Complaint against Vodacom Cresta and The Vodacom Customer Care Call Center. On the 11.05.2013 my Blackberry Bold 9900 was booked in for repairs at Vodacom Cresta Job Card Number 8852390-56144899, the phone was just switching off and I had to re-start it by pulling out the battery - Vodacom then did a software upgrade. During the following week the same problems occurred, I then re-booked the phone in on the 19.05.2012 Job Card Number 8872288-56145699, and was told by Daniel Moabelo that the phone will be sent back to Blackberry, however during the same afternoon the Technician Bongani from Vodacom Cresta called to tell me that the phone will not be sent to blackberry, I was miss informed by Daniel Moabelo. The technician Bongani at Vodacom Cresta was extremely rude and very unprofessional, I refuse to ever communicate with him, I then called The Vodacom Customer Care Call Centre to escalate a complaint and to this day no one has contacted me. I spoke to Adelaide call ref-293101118-compliant ref S3-TQJ9M-MVVG, Vuyokazi call ref-293385079 and Palesa-Palesa0955. I am disgusted with the Services delivery; I want the CONTRACT CANCELLED ASAP. Thank you
