Vodacom still refuses to respond
I cannot get Vodacom to respond to a customer complaint that I lodged over a month ago. Nobody from Vodacom has come back to me after an initial conversation.
I have written 4 emails to people at Vodacom who claim to be trying to sort out my issues. I wrote my first hellopeter complaint over a month ago. Vodacom have yet to respond to the complaint.
I received an sms from a Lesley Abels nearly two weeks ago asking me for details. I replied but still have received no come back. Why I wasn't phoned I have no idea.
I have no understanding as to why Vodacom refuse to speak to me. I have no idea why Vodacom wish to lose me as a client. I am however now moving to anyone but Vodacom.
