A complaint has been with Vodacom Customer Service since the 19th December 2012. As yet the complaint in it's entirety has not been dealt with. At last correspondence on Sunday 13th January I was informed that the matter would be dealt with within 2 days. We are now 5 days later and still no response.
It seems that Vodacom is not interested in assisting loyal customers with their complaints. The complaint consists of poor advise from a Vodacom representative which lead to an excessive billing on Vodacom's behalf. The poor service has continued with the lack of response from the company. As a customer I have tried to follow Vodacom's procedure in putting a complaint across however this is not getting me any where.
There is no customer service from Vodacom and this leads to no faith in the brand or company. Hopefully using an open forum like this will make Vodacom respond to this on going complaint. Absolutely shocking service but more than happy to take your money.
