Vodacom Doesn't Honour Contract!

I've been a contract customer and user of Vodacom for over 4 years.
Besides the R900 airtime they just took away when it approached the end of my contract, I have a few other complaints about them.
When I phoned today to find out when I could get my upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S4, the woman I spoke to couldn't give me any info except to tell me that I can only get it at the beginning of August. My contract is supposed to allow me the change on the 15 July. Then I have to migrate the contract, whatever that means and it is going to cost me more! She was very unhelpful.

I just want my new phone A.S.A.P, not to have all this extra hassle and cost.
I'm seriously thinking of leaving Vodacom and going over to Cell C or MTN because my friend just got his new phone no problem. My fiance is also fed up with Vodacom.
Do they even care about their customers anymore? Where is the good service we used to get?
