PHONE STILL NOT FIXED BY VODACOM

I need help again because the only way for Vodacom to respond to my complains everytime is through Hello Peter, I email them and I receive a "read receipt" but no one bothers to respond.
On the 26 Nov, I logged a complain regarding the my phone which isn't working- I was advised to take it to Vodacare and I did the same day and today is the 05Dec it is still not fixed.
On Tues I received a call from Faeik who advised me to contact the repair centre, I did, that the lady advised me that my phone is still under assessment process and she would mark it as urgent "which is what she could've done in Nov already " Yesterday morning I received an sms saying my phone is under quality assessment- I'm not sure how many months will it take them to realise that the SAMSUNG TOY I bought from them is not a phone since well they failed to fix it before, now 10days later their so called "advance repairs" still failed

I sent them an email again yesterday advising them that I'm going away tomorrow can they atleast deliver my phone to Zeerust, as usual I didn't get a response. I'm so flippen ANGRY now- as I don't have access to my emails and social networks. I now carry a cheap phone around!!!
