Referring to my previous complaint, I've indicated that Vodacom ported my number too early and that I've been without a phone for 3 days. I've included in my complaint that they should not try to phone me because I did not have network. When I got my new sim card from the new service provider there was a message from Vodacom regarding my complaint. But no number to phone back. The next two days someone also tried to phone me while I was in meetings (only once a day) and left a message but no contact number. So no one dealt with my complaint.

I received my invoice today and I've been charged for the full month although my number was ported on 29 June. I specifically made it clear to the person in store that I will not accept being charged for the two days I've been without network.

Could someone please contact me (and not only once a day and then leave a message without any contact number) and explain why I've been charged for the full month when Vodacom made a mistake and I was without network for 2 days?
