An application for new phones takes apparently more than 5 weeks to process, i lie, it actually hasnt been processed yet-(via main MTN). The rep does not follow up on queries. As a customer, i am left to follow up (wasting my time) on the status of my phones which were promised to me over a week ago (4 weeks after application). I am still waiting. Customer call centre dont know whats happening and after advising me to contact the person dealing with my contract, refuse to give me contact details for the person? Hows that for logic!! No one calls back!! Empty promises all around-(i think employees are trained to lie). Contact person tells me my phones are with the courier one week only to tell me the upgrade transaction has NOT even been processed the next week. Him following up with courier takes a week. Contact person is oblivious to queries and his line which is quickly becoming famous=i am following up! in the mean time i am still being charged my old rates per an expired contract, to which i am losing money. An option given was to cancel and start over=REALLY?!!! People do not give you basic contact details for higher management. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL-THE WORST I HAVE COME ACROSS
