Bad service from MTN staff and the call cent

I was due for a upgrade on april 2013 and I went to Maponya MTN to do it and thats when my problems started. the first problem I experienced was when they gave me a wrong package, I was using a top up 100 package before my upgrade and then I decided to migrate to a data package. the lady who was assisting me was clueless with initiating the upgrade because I wanted a package for R249 for 500mb per month and she chose a wrong package that cost me more money which was top up 500 and she also registered a wrong phone on the system, instead of booking out a Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 GTp5100 she booked out a samsung Galaxy s2. It took weeks for them to fix that. then they also chose a open line with a credit limit for R2700 without my concern and now without knowing I have incurred extra costs. When I called the service provider to cancell that credit limit my sim card was suspended and now I can not use my phone for internet unitll I pay the money that I inccured due to the credit limit. this matter has been going on for 3 months now and everytime I am taken from pillar to post without any help. please help me hello peter i want to be reimbursed for all this trouble.
