Ad service, no feedback, false advertisin

I applied for a personal loan through Iloans, a company of Moov trading by filling out the neccessary forms and sending it along with my details required. The company advertised that same day results were given, which obviously did not happen. I had to follow up constantly and received the same useless answer, that it will be followed up and I will be contacted shortly. At one stage one of the consultants sent me a list of contact details for lenders where my application was apparently sent, and was told to follow up myself. When I contacted said lenders, 90% of them had not received any application from them on my behalf, and some even said that they do not deal with brokers at all. I paid for this service, and it has now been 6 weeks and still no reply. This is a, these people take your money and give no service in return, and trying to follow up on the matter is impossible. You are redirected from one person to the next when you try to call, and nobody can give answers. Do not make use of them, you will be left with an empty promise and an empty wallet afterwords.
