I am experiencing problems with received sms's. I phone the call centre, were unable to assist with the problem, had to go to a vodacom outlet, they did a simswop, but it's not working. When back a week later, they booked a fault (ref 6305656). Every time i contact them they will follow up and phone me back (ye right), this never happens. I phoned every day this week (3 - 7 Feb), only to hear the person answering calling the person assisting me, "phone call for you, that lady that phones everyday" (as if they are annoid). Unfortunately I've got a year and a half left on this contract, otherwise i would have cancelled this contract and go to a network that is capable and willing to assist me with my query. Will in any case cancel this contract once expired.
