Need Immediate Assistance In Order Promised

I was contacted on wednesday the 19th at 09:43 by a Memory and Fatima Isaacs from 27878900400. i was told about the iphone S4 that is on a special for R299 p/month. i agreed to all terms and conditions whereto i also gave my banking details to the sales person memory. she then placed me throught to itc (fatima Isaacs) where they told me that i qualify for a combo deal of the Iphon S4 and the Samsung Galaxy S4 Top Up. I was given a reference number 7398087 and what told within the next 5 working days the phones will be deliverd at my work address and that i should have the proof of payment and etc documents ready. this morning when i phone 084 145 a Mr Siyabongi at Cell C said my details reflect but there is no order details for the reference number given & that he could not locate the rep that contact me because it's external telesales. i would like to know what is going on if i didnt qualify then why just take all my personal details use up my work time and for what? i need immediate response to this, as i am still awaiting for a supervisor or superior to contact me as from 09:00
