No disclosure of hidden costs

So I upgrade to The Red package, the consultant assures me that there are no additional costs. "Are you sure? ", I ask at least another 3 times & he confirms, with my husband as witness. So I sign the contract, happy I know exactly what I am paying for. BUT, 2 months later, I realise that the costs are higher than I was assured. Go into the branch to sort it out. They don't have copy of the upgrade contact I signed, will have to wait a week to pull it from their records. Ok so week later I am back, but they have drawn the old contract & tell me that the additional costs are for a handset on the old contact. Since when does old contact costs apply when upgrading & why was it not disclosed? The manager tells me he will draw the upgrade contract & call me. Well, after that nothing.! All my queries have been blatantly ignored & I am still paying for old contact costs that were not disclosed on the upgrade contract. Still haven't seen my upgrade contract. This has been going since August and FOUR Months later still nothing. ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS service! Vodacom's customer service procedure: don't disclose hidden costs & when customer queries, patronize, delay, then ignore and hope she gives up!
