TOOK ME 3 WEEKS TO GET THE PHONE 1 IS NOT WORKING

I did an upgrade and waited three weeks for the phones, I asked for two phone one for me and one for my wife. Last week Monday I reported that one of the phones is not working, they sad they will arrange for a courier to pick it up. This week I phoned and spoke to Biance who sad that the courier company will contact me. No one did, I treid to speak to Mr Colin Swart the manager but his phone only rang and his mailbox is full. Please help this phone is brand new I pay every month but there service is not there.
