WAITING ON PHONECALL/DELIVERY FROM MTN!

I had done a online application for MTN Direct on the 15/01/2014 it was approved on the 16/01/2014 and I was advised by the consultant sibongile that I had taken the last two phones (special deal) that were in stock, reason for not being able to choose colors I wanted. Long story short, I am still waiting on the couriers to contact me which they haven't. I got one phone call (after trying everyday and no one could help me, so I had to wait for them to contact me) to say that sorry for the delay but there has been a invoking problem. I received this call on the 24/01/2014 I asked when should I receive these phones he advised me I would revive it no later than Wednesday the 29/01/2014. Its 30/01/2014 And still no phone call from the courier company nor has any phones been delivered. Also I would just like to add that when I eventually got through to someone they had said it was due to phones not being in stock??? I was told on the day of application that I was lucky because I had just taken the last two phones in stock for that specific deal. Really how lucky am I to still be waiting?? At this point I don't even want the phones, I would just like to know whets going on??? PLEASE HELP
