False Advertising and Non delivery of ordered item

I ordered a new cellphone via the Upgrade department on Thursday (5/9). The order was confirmed and the delivery instruction provided on the same day. I called the Upgrade department on Friday and they confirmed that the delivery would take place on Friday. When I followed up later in the afternoon I was told that the courier company was not able to get hold of me on the numbers provided. VODACOM provided the incorrect contact numbers to the courier company!! VODACOM and courier company found it fitting to just blame each other and not bother to effectively sort the problem out!!

It is now Monday - still no delivery as promised on Friday!! The courier company called and said that they will only deliver on Tuesday now. Vodacom and the courier company are still pointing fingers at each and no wants to take any responsibility to resolve the matter.

I work at various sites in Johannesburg. I have rescheduled my activities to be available on Friday and Monday. at the delivery address. Now I have do the same for Tuesday. I have guarantee that the delivery will happen as promised.

Can someone competent from VODACOM please resolve this issue for me.
