Still waiting for my Upgrade

Here we go again.
Last week I posted a report about the lack of service received regarding a pre-order request. This was resolved, but now there's a new issue, Vodacom just doesn't deliver!
I am not in my office all day and as I need to sign for my new handset personally I phoned the Online upgrade centre on Monday 18/11/2013 to enquire when I can expect delivery of my new handset in order to make sure that I am at the office. The consultant advised that I could expect it on Tuesday or at the latest Wednesday. Yesterday (Tuesday) I had to go out to a meeting and thus phoned to enquire about my expected delivery again. This time I was told that the handset would be dispatched from the warehouse on Tuesday and that I could contact RAM Couriers today (Wednesday) to enquire about estimated delivery time, but I should receive my handset no later than Thursday.
This morning I phone RAM and what do you know, they don't have my delivery on record! So I phone the Vodacom contact centre again, only today they are full of excuses and nobody can tell me when I can expect delivery! What's up with that Vodacom?!
It would seem going the Hellopeter route is the only way to get proper response.
