10 years of customer loyalty for nothing!

As a customer on Vodacom's prepaid service for over 10 years, I am utterly disgusted at the poor service delivery I have received in requesting a contract from Vodacom.
I applied online initially and was contacted within an hour by a call center agent that was friendly and helpful. I was then hence approved for the deal that I applied for via telephonic confirmation and approval processing. This call took place before 09h00 on 17/10/13.
On 18/10/13, I arrived at work having made copies and transporting all my original documentation with me to confirm and send back copies to Vodacom via the courier service contracted to Vodacom.
By 15h00 I decided to contact Vodacom to find out what time my delivery was estimated for. I was transferred to "After Sales" and told that my requested device was at the courier company and then politely given the courier company's number and a tracking number.
After contacting the courier company, I was told by them after quoting the tracking number, that my parcel was still at Vodacom and that they had not received it as yet.
I then proceeded to contact Vodacom once again to inquire and was told that the parcel had just been dispatch
