No phone delivered and no call back when promissed

I did a phone upgrade and organised that my husband would receive the phone at his office. It was stipulated that the courier should first call before delivery. Vodacom invoiced the phone and the courier company went ahead with delivery without first making contact. When they arrived they asked for me and not my husband and were told there was nobody by that name there. After a few days of not getting the phone my husband called Vodacom and was told what had happened, he was instructed to call the courier company before 8:30 am and the phone would then be put on the truck that day and delivered. He called Ram couriers and was told that they can not deliver to a 3rd party and that Vodacom has to come collect the phone. Once again he called Vodacom and was told a supervisor would sort it out and call him back. Over 24 hours later after he received no call, he once again called Vodacom and this time Carol went through the same story with him, and after he explained everything Carol told him she would send an email and they would have to arrange delivery again. After insisting he wanted to know when this will happen he was told Precious the supervisor was in a meeting and would call.
