I booked my blackberry in for repairs at the store on the 27th may 2013. The consultant told me it would take up to 2 weeks to get my phone back.

Today (18th June 2013) I called to check the progress as I still have not received my phone back, nor heard a word from anyone with regards to it's progress and they informed me it had just been checked into the repairs centre today.

Regardless of whether there was issues with couriers or other departments outside of the control of the shop, the fact that I wasn't contacted after the specified 2 weeks was up, is unacceptable.

Treat your customers properly please
