I've took my phone in for repairs on the 05.12.2013 and haven't had any feedback from cell c and i must always call for the progress of the repairs. on the 27.12.2013 i went to the store and told the branch manager my expectations and she could not meet them and the problem is the consultant delayed to send my phone in for repairs. Today its over a month while my phone is in for repairs and the agreement is that phone is sent for repairs not more than 21 day. I want to terminate and go to a service provider that will adhere to the good service and commitment to their customers. I cant pay for a phone that is over 1 month at the repairs. when i want to terminate they are telling me that there are additional charges that needs to be paid, i believe as the consultant messed up from her side must settle that amount, if i received a good service from Cell c i wasn't going to terminate due to the bad service i received that's why i want to terminate, i don't want to deal with cell c further with the type of service i got from Cell c Wonderpark.
