Another month has passed and still no refund for the BIS cancelled. As per response on complaint above haven't received any feedback. Not surprised at all though, they are beyond incompetent. To make matters even worse, another messup by Nashua!!! Phoned them about 2 months ago after one of my contracts was upgraded and requested to change the 500MB Data bundle I added to a 1GB bundle. Got my statement this month just to see that they are once again trying to me over. Instead of increasing the 500MB bundle to a 1GB bundle they just added another 1GB bundle. I honestly give up with Nashua, instead of resolving issues it just keeps on piling up. It's ridiculous. Please please please fix your mess and could someone please advise if there is a Ombud institution for Mobile operators so I can get all my contracts cancelled due to NON DELIVERY??? I've got voice recordings as well as numerous Hellopeter complaints as proof!!
