Phone Repair more than 8 weeks???

Good Day,

I handed my blackberry in for repairs on 26 April 2013. I contacted Autopage on MyAccount on 20 May 2013 requesting an update on the repair of my phone. I was advised the following: "Please be advised that the phone was sent to CellC on 14 May 2013 and we will give you the progress report as soon as we receive it." I have until now not received a progress report.

On 11 June 2013 I requested an update again On which the reply from Autopage was the following: "Kindly note the records shows the unit is being replaced, please contact the store to confirm if they have received the replacement unit as yet? "

I contacted the store in Lephalale on 13 June to confirm if they have received the replacement phone and they could not answer my question and would give me a call back. Yesterday I contacted the store again as no one came back to me, and I was told the phone is not in store yet. They said repairs will take between 4-6 weeks. Today it is 8 weeks. How long must one wait for service??
