Worst customer/repair service ever

I encountered the worst customer service at Vodacom ever. At about 17 Dec 2013 my new iphone 5s' (that I got just a month before) operating system started lagging. I took it to Vodacom who sent it to repairs. After 2 weeks it was sent back. No repair could be done since icloud needed to be deactivated (the shop assistant didn't inform me that this needed to be done). So I sat with the technician at the Vodacom shop to deactivate it (this was around 31st of Dec). It was sent for repairs once again. 3 Weeks later after not hearing anything, I went back to the Vodacom shop to check the progress. Apparently the technician also didn't help me deactivate it properly. So this time it was sent to Nelspruit repairs again, someone called me from there and assisted me on deactivating it. 2 and a half weeks later (7 Feb 2014) I received a call that my phone is ready for pick-up. So I went to pick it up, apparently they replaced the phone rather than fixing it. When I inserted my SIM it rejected it with a message saying there is nothing wrong with the hardware there is issues with the carrier activation. I took it back on the same day.
