Vodacom damaged phone, and won't fix it!!

I took my blackberry, on the 18 of april 2013 the to be repaired at vodashop repairs cresta, when I got to the store, my phone, a brand new blackberry, with screen protector was taken and booked in. On this day, I was not told that water damage could not be repaired, I was also not told that if cresta could not repair it, it would be sent away. I later, after 2 weeks of waiting, phoned cresta told that my phone was sent away and given a number to phone to inquire about my phones progress. I was told that my phone could not be fixed, and quoted an amount for a replacement phone that costs more than a new blackberry 9320. I rejected this quote and went to pick up my phone on the 3rd of may 2013. When I received the phone back, the screen was damaged, and scratched, damaged which occurred whist in the care of vodacom repairs cresta. I then spoke to robin, the apparent repairs store manager, over the phone, he then said he would rebook the phone in so the repairs centre could fix the damage, I received an sms that the phone was repaired, I went to collect the phone it wasn't fixed, and now no one wants to take repsonsibility and repair the phone.
