Poor service!!! 2nd report

Went back to cell c store on 8 November, two weeks after booking my phone in for repairs just to check on the progress as I was told it could take upto 21 days. The consultant then told me (without making any attempt to check my account) that it takes 21 days. I said I need a solution because I'm unable to use my small sim in another phone. Again... "they should have told you it takes 21 days". After a 3rd attempt at explaining, she understood and gave me a mould for the sim so I could use it in other phones.

Today I called the call centre and they told me my phone has been sent back to Canal Walk store and they have proof the store received the phone on the 6th. I was there on the 8th.

I went to the store today and this time another consultant actually checked if my phone was there. It was and when I asked why I wasn't informed, she said they called and it went to mailbox, YET there is no voice message. What about SMS? What about email?

I want to know how to cancel this contract. What is my outstanding balance.
