Took phone for repairs and I'm told it's lost

On 2013-11-18, I took my phone (Samsung S4) to the Festival Mall branch for repairs and it was booked in and I received the repair request form (tracking number R713016). I received a call on 2013-12-02, from repairs centre informing me that I can collect the phone from the store. The phone was sent back to the store on 2013-11-29. I went to the store today, 2013-12-09 to collect my phone and the consultants told me that they can't find the phone and it's not on the system. I was at the store for about 2 hours and I was never told when should I come to fetch it. I then left. When I got home, I called the call centre (ref: PRE462063) and the consultant told me that the phone was sent back to the store from repairs and it is out of their control. I want my phone PLEASE!!!
