Ive finally had enough :@

Ive been with telkom for about 3-4 years now, never having issues. These past 5 months have been unbearable.
My line constantly drops. I need to reboot my modem 30 times a day now (sadly no exagarations).
Ive contacted telkom numerous times and its never fixed.
Telkom - fix my or im gona make sure you lose business from me.
Im TIRED of phoning, complaining, and escalating this problem.
I CANNOT do my work or banking like this anymore.
Everytime i phone or email, i do not get support, i get please reboot your modem and try again,
Thats all i seem to do is reboot my line, no one sends me technicians to come test this.
Can it take 5 months to fix this?! This is PATHETIC now and i cannot take it anymore.
How can one person work with a line that drops 30 times a day? Sometimes i cannot even last 5 minutes and its dead.

I bought a new router, i got a new pc even because of this.
What good is internet if you cant even stay connected?
I had a 4meg line most this time, its only since this "exchange upgrades" that this started.
Please fix my stuff.
This i cannot handle anymore!!
Send me a guy that actualy KNOWS what his doing.
Why do i pay if i get service like this?
