Adsl is getting seriously bad!

Good-day.
I am writing this because the past 3 months my adsl has been up to!

The line keeps dropping - it will not work until i reboot my modem and wait 5 minutes.

The pages i visit stop responding randomly - this is deadly when i do internet banking or purchases.

and the overall ping/speed is bad.

i have had ADSL with telkom for 4 years now, it has never been so bad.

i have called out technicians and after all the poking and messing me around, they done nothing about it!

I have even gone as far as buying a new router thinking it was that, it was NOT.

Telkom does not listen when i tell them this is a LINE issue.

Everytime i call in i try explain that, and i get the old "please reboot your router and try again" seems that is telkoms favorite words.

i explained i am an IT tech and i know what i am doing. im tired of being treated like an when i know its the line thats the issue.

Telkom - step up your service and actually HELP your customers instead of making them go in circles,

This is making life - as my work for a living is done online.

I've had it now with this unrealiable service. step up to what you promise your customers!
