I HATE TELKOM SO MUCH!!!

I have had internet problems for 3 months. I have moved ISP and line management services of my DSL to afrihost from Telkom because I hate them so much. Afrihost is great but Telkom . my line drops constantly. they told me to buy a new router which I did. They then said its my attached hardware. I bought a new playstation. still same problem. that is almost R10000 worth of goods because of their recommendations. they have sent people to change stuff at my exchange multiple times and nothing happens. I tell the help desk people to arrange someone to come to my house at a certain time and Telkom rocks up without calling or arranging anything like the help desk people and technicians think we sit at home all day doing nothing. in my job bad service will get me fired. at Telkom it looks like everyone is just useless.
then to top it off, I call Telkom to speak to a manager and they leave you on hold until the phone dies. that happened 3 times today. they do not care about customers. I HATE TELKOM SO MUCH!!! I wish I had any other option for DSL but I don't.
