Cell C
Pathetic systems!!!

So following on about 2 weeks since my last complaint - after the billing issues (debit order not going through), I cannot activate my roaming due to the cell c issue being recorded on the system and now another dept declining my roaming! So here I am about to leave SA and will have no cell phone for emergencies etc. 3rd issue in 5 months! Can the cell c rep here let me know how I can cancel my contract due to incompetence! Almost 10 years with Vodacom and never ever has any issues like this. Absolutely pathetic cell C. Will take the extra chargers on Vodacom with a smile now! Top 3 worst decisions of my life to change over.
