Cell C
No delivery after over two weeks of waiting

This is my second complaint in as many days. Even though I received a call from the supplier about the contract, the request for a cell phone contract with Cell C has been processed over a week ago. It's nicely a week since I got a phone call assuring me that all is in order but really now how long can this take? I was promised two weeks before that my phone would be delivered in 7 days. I mean at least tell me if I am applicable to get the phone or not then I can understand I won't get the phone but please don't worry me to the point that I have to post things on this site or phone up all my airtime (which by the way is ridiculous!! How long do I have to wait for an operator on 084145???!). I am not getting any responses from the supplier, nor any confirmation of delivery. I don't simply want to assume anything so please, please contact me.
