I purchased a micro sim card for my ipad from mtn last year throughout the year i used it and over last couple of months i have not been using my ipad. i decided on the 10th to load data on my sim card that was in my ipad but it kept on saying NO SERVICE. i contacted the 173 number and was told by a lady called Mikutlo in a conversation from about 10 the evening that unfoetunatly MTN has recycled the number and my sim card is not valud anymore.i advised her that i was never informed about this and i would like my data (2gig-R149) back seeing that mtn did not even have the audacity to inform their customers that the sim cards that they bought will be recycled. i was advised that i will not be able to get my money or data back. how the does mtn get that right with no fault on my side i get to loose R149. i think this
is pathetic on mtn side and i will take this matter to the press, ombudsman and whereever i can if not to get my R149 back but just to create an aweareness around whha mtn is up to!!!
