Rudness and lack of Feedback

Applied for a data (iPad) contract, they do not take time to give me feedback on my application, when I can expect my gadget. I have to call them to beg for feedback. The lady assisting me is rude and sarcastic, after a few minutes of arguing with her, trying to get clarification while she was denying my claim and telling me how busy she is. I then requested for a better custromer service from them going forward she told me "Well I was not going to kill the people who informed me they called you". I don't even want to dwell here because this makes me so upset as it is in noway an acceptable way to speak to a customer. Her name is Simera Ramcharan (apologies if my spelling is wrong)

Please help, I cannot believe they are still people who treat their customers like this, I can change the network and cancel this application which will be the easiest thing to do but is this is the way she speaks to customers well, Mtn is bound to be losing a whole lot more customers!
