HI,

I have a prepaid sim card that i use for data on my iPad and since i hardly have to use it, because i have wifi at home and at work. i tried to use it yesterday, however it wasn't working so i decided to speak to the call center to try and resolve the issue. They told me the number has been permanently deactivated and is in a process of being recycled. i am being told i cant use that number and i have to buy another sim card with another number and use that, what puzzle me is that they number is still registered to me on their database. why should i register another number when i have a number already registered to me. i need someone to call call me and give me back my number.
