1500pm for no service and no response

1 full month of no Internet at R1499pm, after calling everyday for 2 weeks being told they will revert to me in 10 minutes, with no one calling or arriving to assist as promised. Only after emails threatening to take it up with ombudsman, suddenly a technician is sent out more than a month later. In April a call is lodged for refund with the same line, "someone will call u in 48 hours", I call a month later, same thing and I am told they are waiting for the technical error to be resolved, when I clarify that it was resolved, I was told that waiting for the bill and someone to call me 24 hours.. Nothing has happened, I called today to find out that the query was closed, and waiting on technical dept, etc. still no refund, feedback.

Right now my Internet has not been down for 2 days, after n hour on the phone I was told some one will contact me within 48hours meanwhile I pay R1499.00 each month, and buying vodacom 3G to do work while I wait for a call.

I am so sick of the attitude of incompetent customer services, and the excuses I keep getting each time after holding for an hour at a time, and no one ever bothers to revert to me, or be straight with me. Worse than telkom.
