No updates on repairing a dead line for a month!

On the 7th of March 2013, I reported that my telephone and thus DSL line was dead with no service. After calling every 2nd or 3rd day until end of March, I kept getting the same message from the technical support at 10210 - that a technician was assigned and is working on the problem. I never got status updates, and every time I called they told me the same thing.

This went on until 28th of March, when I lost count how many times I called in. Suddenly they told my that the issue is marked as resolved on their system since the 24th of March - but I never heard from or saw any technician and my line was still dead. They even changed my contact number without my permission!

In that time, I asked that the issue be escalated, but it seems that it never was. Since the issue was marked as resolved they had to open a new one (for which I must probably wait another 3 weeks) and even after getting an escalation number, when i called in today, they told me there is no escalation on that issue.

They refuse to let me see anyone in person, they refuse to let me contact their technical department, and they never contacted me (after having promised so 3 times, each after an escalation)!!!
