Poor CellC signal, reported, waited weeks, no reply

The poor signal disaster continues with CellC: phone calls being disconnected, no 3G, poor Edge, slow or no internet, etc!

I have been struggling with cellc reception since Jan-2013 (more than the usual typical cellc signal problems when youre out of town for instance). On 19-Feb-2013 i reported a poor signal problem by logging a trouble ticket with the technical desk via calling 140 customer service. I was told my ticket TT1742841 would be resolved in 7 days. Over a month later I called back having had no feedback and this time the technical call centre operator told me my query was still pending, he could not resolve it but promised me his team leader would call back the next day before 8am. Days later, still no reply.

Having waited over a month and having had no resolution or feedback whatsoever I called cellc to close all my accounts (I have two 24month phone contracts, a year's internet dongle/speedstick and a prepaid cellphone). The call centre told me they would investigate my accounts and let me know if and how soon they can be closed. Again, NO feedback, still waiting.

SERIOUSLY CELLC, WHAT IS GOING ON, YOU ARE DOING NOTHING RIGHT, DO YOU WANT TO LOSE CUSTOMERS DAILY?
