Neotel
Internet down for 5 weeks

Our Neotel internet is down on a daily basis, we have to restart and reboot and unplug the router at least 5 times everyday in the hope of getting the internet to work. I have been calling Neotel at least once weekly for the past 5 weeks. On the 20th May I requested they send a technician out, they logged a ticket and I never heard from them again.
On the 27th May I requested again, another ticket was logged. I had a phone call from them last week to find out what the problem is, but still no technician or even an estimated time when one will be sent.
I called again on Monday 3 June to find out when someone will be sent and was told by the person in the logistics department that I will let me know within the hour. Still no call 2 days later.
I am currently paying R975 a month, for the possibility of having internet.
