Office error on MB and no response

I am using a Blackberry z10. For this month 8ta made a massive error by only giving me 150MB internet usage for the month. I reported the issue on 02 September 2013 and made several follow ups. To date the matter has not been resolved and I'm getting frustrated now as I am running out of MB. Every time I call I am told the matter has been forwarded to their technical department.
