E careful when dealing with vodacom

After numerous hellopeter complaints .letters from attorney [URL Removed] still not resolved.please be warned when dealing wirh vodacom .be very careful as you wil have the same problems my wife has with them.after having a vodacom phone for less than a week it starts giving problems .take it back to the retail store got told to take in for repairs .took it in after 2 weeks receive phone back its now worse. Now vodacom expect me to bring phone back again.how does that wrk. I have repoted this matter to icasa and to the ncc as I feel vodacom does not want to assist me with a way forward .my wifes contract handser could not be repaired so they gave her a faulty refurbished unit .now they expect me to send phone off again .e handsets but I we can't get a solution to this matters.why cannot I be replaced with my one handset and be refunded for the other one, months later still no solution .do I put this in the daily newspaper as I'm a paying customer but I am being ignored
