This is now the 3rd complaint about the same issue of delay of my refund from Kulula and lack of response. I have called the call centre 5 times from my cellphone average waiting time 20-30 min, imagine the call charges i'm incurring, and every time get told somebody will revert back to me with a resolution, the last person being a call centre agent by the name of Karen who i spoke to on Friday 06 sept and promised to call me on Monday 09 first thing in the morning, still not a call or even an e-mail. I will not let this matter to rest as it is disgusting service as this is now the 4th month waiting for my refund.
